This episode resonated with me since I find myself at a point in life in which my children are older and I’m also struggling to decide where to go from here and how to best rediscover my individual identity. Jennifer, I agree completely that you can move forward more effectively by acknowledging your past and the interests that shaped you. The various elements of your past have, after all, made you who you are today. Without “then” there would be no “now”. Looking forward to hearing more about your decision making process and where it leads you.
