With Greg’s love of comics having an industry legend on the show is awesome.

Neal’s had legendary ‘runs’ on Batman, X-Men, Green Lantern-Green Arrow and Deadman. Adams rescued Batman from his campy TV show, and transformed him into his present “Avenger of the Night.” When people say ‘modern Batman,’ they mean Neal Adams’ Batman. His run directly led to the realistic incarnation seen in “Batman Returns”, and the “Dark knight” movies.

In addition, Neal has launched a successful production company – Continuity Studios – which produced the popular Nasonex Bee Campaign and introduced us to the concept of Motion Comics. He designed the popular Terminator, T2 4-D ride, and the Spiderman Rides at Universal Studios.

While setting-up his own characters with various Hollywood Studios and Producers, Neal is currently writing and drawing “Batman Odyssey”, for DC, a 12 issue series, and writing and drawing a 5 issue series of Wolverine for Marvel. He is also premiering his new Vanguard art book, The Art of Neal Adams.

Check him out over at www.nealadams.com.

Thanks to Jennifer Giroux for joining Greg and Jennifer on TCND this morning! Be sure to check out the Association of Large Families of America for their witness and resources!

Before joining HLI as the Executive Director of HLI America, Jenn Giroux was the Founder and President of Women Influencing the Nation (WIN), an organization dedicated to reclaiming traditional morality in American society.

WIN places a special emphasis on regaining respect for women as mothers and the desire of many women to have more children. Jenn has been a Registered Nurse for 24 years. She has witnessed the devastating physical, mental, and spiritual consequences women have experienced from the lies of the feminist movement, particularly from the effects of contraception and abortion.

Through personal witness, her pro-life activities, and various political efforts, Jenn has defended Church teaching on the sacred transmission of life and the inviolable dignity of life in the womb. In 2007, as Assistant to the President at Citizens for Community Values she developed an outreach program to help Catholic Parents shield their children from internet pornography. Between 2006 and 2008 she worked inside Kansas to expose the abuses of Late Term Abortion laws and the criminal acts of Planned Parenthood. This included being Campaign Manager for the re-election of Former Attorney General of Kansas, Phill Kline, during the only criminal case ever brought against Planned Parenthood.

Jenn is a frequent guest on Catholic Radio and has been seen debating these and many other family issues on MSNBC, CNN, and FOX News. Jenn regards God’s gift of motherhood as her most important and fulfilling work. She and her husband, Dan, live in Cincinnati, Ohio and have been blessed with 9 children.

Brian Kolodiejchuk for sharing his insight on Mother Teresa on the show today!

Father Brian Kolodiejchuk, MC, Ph.D. is the postulator of the Cause of Beatification and Canonization of Mother Teresa of Calcutta and director of the Mother Teresa Center. He edited and wrote the commentary for the book Mother Teresa: Come Be My Light, published by Doubleday, on September 4, 2007.

Father Kolodiejchuk’s 20-year association with Mother Teresa began in 1977 when he joined a new group of contemplative brothers she was then starting. He later joined the priestly branch of Mother Teresa’s religious family, the Missionaries of Charity Fathers, at the time of their foundation in 1984. He was ordained to the priesthood in June 1985 in the Ukrainian Catholic Church of St. John the Baptist in Newark, New Jersey, USA, by the late Metropolitan-Archbishop of Winnipeg, Maxim Hermaniuk, C.Ss.R. In March 1999 he was appointed Postulator of the Cause of Beatification and Canonization of Mother Teresa of Calcutta and had the joy of seeing her beatified on October 19, 2003. He was appointed director of the Mother Teresa Center, which is an extension of the office for the cause of canonization of Mother Teresa of Calcutta, in June 2004
