Revisiting the controversial topic of Cardinal McCarrick, we go full-throttle in this episode as we candidly share some of the ugliness in Church leadership from an insider's view having worked for Archdioceses and other organizations over the past decade. In doing so, we wrestle with when it's prudent and helpful to challenge Church leadership and when is it spiteful and hurtful.
From there, we give an honest update on how things are going with our family during our transition to working for ourselves full-time, and the difficulties that go along with it, which lead to our asking two pointed questions at the end of the show:
- If we could teach you how to do ONE thing, what would you want us to teach you (either both of us together, or separately)?
- If we could make ONE non-churchy product (i.e., no Bible studies, etc.), what would you want us to make that you'd actually pay for?

Awhile back Greg spoke about increasing productivity at work. I recall him speaking specifically about inbox and email management. As I sit here with 24,000 messages in the world’s most disorganized inbox, I would certainly be interested if you all were to develop content relating to productivity, organization, time management, and simply maintaining control of the workday.

Also Jennifer mentioned In another podcast episode help her it was to feed one ‘s soul. I would love, (I don’t know if anybody else would,) Sustained focus on literature and art that feed one salt. I am thinking Flannery O’Connor and other great Catholic authors and artists that I never seem to get around to it my reading life. There is a lot of great Catholic art literature out there, that is not necessarily the Bible or Saint Augustine but fits under the criteria of feeding one’s soul. I would pay for an online group that would discuss such things on a sustained basis.
